A behavioral engineer by training and an experience designer by practice, she is Head of Experience at Próspera, a charter city in Roatán creating a new model for how people live, work, and govern themselves. With a deep love for building systems from scratch, she has spent her career studying how the environments we design shape life outcomes, and she believes Roatán is one of the most important places in the world to be asking that question right now.
